Every Victor machine is manufactured here in the UK to internationally recognised standards to meet the very latest EU industry directives.
At Dowding & Plummer we recognise the importance of customer support. For any advice or assistance our Sales Office will be pleased to offer technical expertise as required. Alternatively, our own dedicated Area Sales Manager team can provide localised demonstration and/or technical advice in order to ensure that the most suitable equipment is recommended at all times without obligation.
On-site or at our own state-of-the-art training facility here in Birmingham we have the capability to offer full training to match individual customer needs. The importance of ensuring the correct machinery and usage techniques are considered paramount.
Our own team of service engineers, with the support of our VASO approved service centres, Provides nationwide coverage for any on-site service or repair ensuring prompt attention at all times.
