CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY &
SUSTAINABILITY POLICY

The Company seeks to recognise its duty in terms of Social, economic and environment issues, and has developed this policy with these issues in mind.

Social Issues

We recognise our requirement to be socially responsible and we carry this out as follows:-
Operate equal opportunities policy
Provide good, safe-working conditions, rewarding loyalty and initiative, encouraging employee training & retraining.
Exist in harmony with our neighbours, co-operating and supporting initiatives including crime, pollution & charitable issues.

Economic Issues

The need for strong financial management and reinvestment is the basis of our approach towards economic issues:-
Achieving economic stability and growth without adversely affecting social & environment issues.
Dedicated commitment towards increasing business activity within the Birmingham Area.
Paying creditors promptly.

Environment Issues

Formulation of Environment policy to ensure that environment issues are addressed:-
Minimisation of waste, packaging, emissions and pollution generally.
Recycling of materials wherever possible.
Commitment towards WEEE directive.
The above points form an integrated approach towards Corporate Social Responsibility & sustainability.

This policy is communicated to all staff via noticeboards and induction training, with overall responsibility for the policy and its implementation being held by myself.
