victorfloorcare.com is linked to our in-house computer systems so when logged in you can view all of your purchase history with Dowding & Plummer Ltd. going back a decade. Full account details, orders, current and historical invoices can be viewed, downloaded or printed. This allows you to check previous prices, print copy invoices and review full account activity.
New customers whether opening an account with credit terms or paying by card will start building their purchase history online after the first order has been placed.
Once logged into your account you can view your prices for any Victor product, which can help you save time with the preparation of quotations for machinery sales or repairs. There is also an indication of stock availability. Please note that as we are the manufacturers of most of the parts for our machines we can have machinery and parts available very quickly.
