Our Services Include:

• Flat Labour Fee: We charge a standard fee of £95 for labour. This flat fee covers both the identification of the problem and the repair of your machine. You can trust us to diagnose and fix the issue efficiently.
• Spare Parts: Any necessary spare parts are charged additionally. However, we will always confirm all costs with you before proceeding with the repair. Transparency is key to our service, ensuring you are fully informed every step of the way.
• Drop-off Service: If you can bring your machine to our Shrewsbury office (SY1 3LG), you can drop it off yourself. This option is convenient and cost-effective for local customers.
• Collection and Delivery: For those who cannot bring their machines to us, we offer a collection and drop-off service for £110 (£55 each way) to any UK mainland site. This ensures that no matter where you are, you can benefit from our expert repair services.
• On-site Repair: Alternatively, we can come to your location to fix the machine on-site for a £110 call-out fee plus the £95 flat labour fee. This service is ideal for businesses that need their equipment repaired quickly and with minimal disruption.
