HSS Hire

The hire market is possibly the most challenging environment for machinery. A major national hire company, HSS Hire, had issues with machines getting seriously damaged whilst in transport from site to depot. To test the resilience and robustness of the Victor machines, a single machine was transported, unloaded and loaded at 200 consecutive branches across the HSS network.

This test was extremely high impact, and typically resulted in extensive damage to machines tested, including broken wheels, damaged handles and cracked base plates due to the constant loading/unloading. However, following the test, Victor machines, although some cosmetic marks – still functioned perfectly.
HSS declared the longevity of the product as ‘unmatchable’ and, based on the test results, introduced Victor machines at all HSS Hire sites nationwide.
