• Flat Labour Fee: We offer a standard labour fee of £95, which covers both the diagnosis and repair of your machine. This transparent pricing ensures you know exactly what to expect without any hidden costs.
• Spare Parts: Any required spare parts are charged additionally. We always confirm all costs with you before proceeding, ensuring complete transparency and no unexpected expenses.
• Drop-off Service: For those who are local to Shrewsbury, you can conveniently drop off your machine at our office located at SY1 3LG. This option is ideal for quick and easy servicing without the need for additional logistics.
• Collection and Delivery: If you are unable to bring your machine to us, we offer a collection and drop-off service for £110 (£55 each way) to any UK mainland site. This service ensures that no matter where you are, you can benefit from our expert servicing.
• On-site Servicing: For businesses that require immediate attention, we provide on-site servicing for a £110 call-out fee plus the £95 flat labour fee. This option minimises downtime and disruption to your operations, allowing your equipment to be serviced directly at your location.
