IIC Products Ltd guarantees to the original purchaser that its products are free from defects in both material and workmanship for the specified periods below:

Tub Vacuum Cleaners: 2 Years
Wet and Dry Vacuum Cleaners: 1 Year
Back Pack Vacuum Cleaners: 1 Year
Steam Cleaners: 1 Year
Stick Vacuum Cleaners: 1 Year
Extraction Machines: 1 Year
Oscillating Machines: 2 Years
Rotary Floor Machines: 2 Years
Upright Scrubber Dryers: 2 Years
Walk Behind Scrubber-Dryers: 2 Years
Ride On Scrubber Dryers: 1 Year

This warranty does not cover consumable parts that need replacement as part of normal use. Using non-Victor brand parts like floor pads, chemicals, or dustbags could negatively impact how well the machine works and its usable life. Using such non-Victor consumables may void this warranty.
Warranty Terms and Conditions:
  • The warranty begins on the date of purchase.
  • Warranty coverage is limited to the replacement of the specific part proven defective. It does not constitute replacement of the entire appliance. Victor Floorcare will supply the dealer with warranty parts after validating the claim and receiving the faulty items, per general conditions of sale.
  • To make a warranty claim, contact the dealer the equipment was purchased from. They will work with you through the process and arrange any necessary repairs using genuine Victor parts.
  • If the original dealer is unavailable, contact Victor Floorcare directly with proof of purchase and full claim details for prompt handling.
  • Fair wear-and-tear, misuse or abuse voids the warranty. Claims must have valid proof deemed satisfactory by Victor Floorcare.
  • Victor Floorcare reserves the right to charge for unnecessary work resulting from invalid claims.
  • No warranty variations are valid unless in writing and authorised by Victor Floorcare.

Returns Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, unused and undamaged items can be returned in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Please include a copy of your proof of purchase. Return shipping costs will be paid by the customer. Once returns are received and inspected, a replacement or refund will be issued to the original payment method. Replacements and refunds are determined at the discretion of Victor Floorcare on a case by case basis.
Restocking Fees
If an item is returned due to an error by the customer rather than a defect, a 25% restocking fee may be charged on the refunded amount. This restocking fee covers the costs of processing, inspecting and restocking the returned item.
